Tonight's dinner: Stir-fry tofu with black bean sauce. Served with brown rice.There are lots of reasons why I don't like chinese take-out. They are packed with MSG; high in fat and calories; my toilet is cleaner than most chinese restaurant's kitchen; I don't
really know what's in my food; it's expensive; and delivery person takes forever. For me, it's always better cooking at home.
This meal is simple and it's delicious. Faster than takeout!
